*Custom Work Starts At $250

  • Within a week of first contact, we receive a CADCAm image of what the piece will look like. CADCAM Design starts at $250
  • The process usually takes 5-7 business days to get started. When we have the CADCAM ready, we will email or call to have you stop in to review images and approve the design. If changes need to take place, this is where we do it. Half or Full payment must be received upon approval.
  • Once approved, we go into casting mode where the piece is made of wax then cast in your selected metal. This process takes about 2 weeks.
  • Once cast, finishing usually takes 10-14 business days to complete.
  • Most semi-custom jobs we can finish within a couple weeks. Full custom work can take 4-6 weeks.
  • Any rush custom jobs can cost up to $400 and up in extra cost to complete.
  • Any special changes must be approved by manager or owner.
  • All custom work comes with a “Diamond Promise”.
